A Varanda is an appropriate name for our casual garden restaurant. Glass windows all around give you a view of the pool as well as the magnificent Gávea Stone in the distance. Breakfast and lunch are presented buffet-style and for dinner, a variety of pizzas come piping hot from the wood burning oven. On Saturdays, the attraction is the famous Feijoada (Brazil’s national dish) and on Sundays, a lavish brunch.
Alfredo Di Roma continues the culinary traditions born in the original Roman restaurant in 1914. Authentic Italian dishes including the signature Fettuccine Alfredo are served in a warm, sophisticated setting made even more romantic by live piano music. Two dining areas lend themselves to a quiet evening for two, a family celebration or an important business meeting.
You can count on the express kitchen in Snack-A Cozinha for meals and snacks that are fast but not at all like fast food. Appetizers, sandwiches, hot dishes and the popular soup buffet are offered in a lively setting from just before noon until late night. The American diner-inspired décor is accented with a behind-the-counter mural of a typical Brazilian coffee plantation.
